Yesterday was the official start of autumn and signs are starting to appear in the colors. The cool nights and warm days, the best time of year, are bringing the first signs of color to the trees. The start of subtle reds, oranges and yellows are beginning to appear. They are beautiful and the fall foliage season looks to be a beautiful one. After last year’s disappointing colors, the trees seem to really want to show their stuff. An early morning walk this morning did not disappoint with beautiful light coming low in the sky and casting its light and shadow on some trees just starting to turn – a real stunner! Come on up and enjoy a drive, some lobster…all of the pleasures fall has to offer.
