History of Chocolate Presentation and Tasting
Learn about the history of chocolate from food historian and author, Sandra Oliver, as she discusses the evolution of chocolate in our society. And yes, you’ll also be able to taste various chocolate confections ranging from a 19th c. chocolate drink, two cakes made from historic recipes, as well as contemporary chocolates from Wilbur’s of Maine–a local chocolate and candy shop. Be sure to make a reservation as this event sold-out last year!
